Fino a diventare un adventure tour operator (turismo esperienziale). Con l’espansione Internazionale di Sharewood e come ha organizzato la sua azienda secondo il metodo Lean.

Sharewood è l’equivalente di Airbnb per l’attrezzatura sportiva outdoor.

Una piattaforma di sharing P2P (peer to peer) dove è possibile condividere la propria attrezzatura sportiva con una semplice foto, guadagnando.

Al contempo, trovare l’attrezzatura di cui si ha bisogno, al prezzo giusto, con il miglior rapporto qualità / prezzo possibile e più vicina alla propria meta.
